She stopped being a nun and returned to Europe in 1985. She is part of the Teachers Council of Gaia House, a meditation center in England. Since 2000, she lives in France and teaches meditation retreats around the world. Martine Batchelor has written seven books in English, three of which have been translated into French. She is a reference teacher for the Meditation branch of the Silver Health Study, a scientific study on aging.</description></oembed>
