Pac\u00f4me Rupin<\/h4>

[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]Born on the 25th of January 1985, Pac\u00f4me Rupin grew up in the village of Savonni\u00e8res, Touraine, France. Graduated from ESSEC Business School and the Social Entrepreneurship chair in 2009.<\/p>\n

He first worked as Chief of staff for Jean-Marc Borello, Executive Director of Groupe SOS, at the head office located rue Amelot. Then he joined the Pepini\u00e8re 27 (business incubator) as the co-founder of a communication agency and of a recruitment forum for startups and students.<\/p>\n

In 2014, he is elected Deputy Mayor of the 4th district. He joins En Marche ! at the very beginning of the movement in April 2016.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][vc_column width=”1\/2″][vc_empty_space height=”237px”][vc_column_text]He is part of Emmanuel Macron\u2019s campaign management staff, in charge of territories mobilization and field campaign.<\/p>\n

In June 2017, he is elected Member of Parliament in the 7th district of Paris. He joins the La R\u00e9publique En Marche Bureau as Vice-President, and he serves at the Constitutional Laws permanent Commission.<\/p>\n

He started meditation in 2013 and earned the Medicine, Meditation and Neurosciences diploma in Strasbourg in 2017.
